The CQV Consultant will document and review CQV processes, ensure compliance, lead validation efforts, and assist in issue resolutions in biopharmaceutical manufacturing settings.

Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, policies, manuals, and technical reports. Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear documentation. Manage document control, revisions, reviews, and approvals. Support GMP/GDP, QMS, audit, and regulatory compliance and collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Production, and Cultivation teams.

Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities by developing templates and executing scripts/protocols under senior guidance; coordinate project deliverables with internal teams and clients; learn electronic validation tools and gain hands-on experience in cell and gene therapy, vaccines, and biologics; perform additional tasks to meet project requirements.

The Process Engineer resolves technical equipment issues, optimizes processes, prepares documentation for inspections, and supports system changes in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Lead and manage product quality and customer complaint investigations, prioritize and track CAPAs in Trackwise, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, update procedures, support audits/inspections, and represent complaint investigations in client meetings.
