Project Planning: Develop detailed outage schedules, resource allocation plans, and work breakdown structures.
Execution Oversight: Monitor site activities, ensure adherence to timelines, and resolve technical bottlenecks.
Coordination: Liaise with field service engineers, technicians, HSE officers, and contractors to align project goals.
Documentation: Prepare method statements, risk assessments, daily progress reports, and compliance records.
Quality Assurance: Ensure mechanical and welding works meet QA/QC standards and client requirements.
Safety Compliance: Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safe execution of outage activities.
Client Interface: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Cost Control: Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective resource utilization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 8–10 years’ project engineering experience in rotating equipment/outage projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project for scheduling and planning.
Strong knowledge of QE standards, ASME, API, and ISO codes.
