We are looking for someone who can own the entire lifecycle of a seat: concept → design → development → validation →
certification → customer handling → vendor management → tooling → final delivery. This role is for someone who can take a seat from a rough idea on paper to a fully certified, customer-approved product ready for production. The person should be able to interact confidently with OEMs, vendors, testing agencies, and internal teams. They
will handle design, development,documentation, certification, costing, and timelines end-to-end

- Understand customer requirements, technical standards, and application needs.
- Create concept designs, 2D drawings, 3D models, bills of materials, and product specifications.
- Select materials, mechanisms, foam compositions, trims, and structural components.
- Ensure manufacturability, durability, ergonomics, and safety compliance.
- Attend customer meetings, collect technical inputs, and translate them into design actions.
- Manage product development, validation, certification, customer handling, vendor management, tooling, costing, timelines, and final delivery.
