PROJECT ENGINEER
About the Position
Ready to jump into the driver’s seat of your career? We’re looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our 18-month Power Track Career Accelerator program! In this entry-level role, you’ll choose to specialize in operations, design, estimating, or supply chain, while also making pit stops on other teams. When you cross the finish line, you’ll have the technical skills, relationships, and perspective to succeed!
Position Responsibilities
Complete structured rotations across multiple departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of Power Design's business
Partner with experienced team members to learn day-to-day operations and best practices
Develop technical and operational knowledge of construction, project delivery, and company processes
Build strong relationships with leaders, mentors, and peers across the organization
Here’s What We’re Looking For
College graduate with a construction-related bachelor’s degree
Detail-oriented problem-solver who loves new challenges and is seeking a defined career path
Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong ambition, adaptability, timeliness, ability to prioritize, and willingness to ask for help
Ability to relocate for a 3-month field rotation as needed
Ability to commute to our manufacturing and distribution center in Palmetto, FL as needed
