Position Description
The Site Engineer is responsible for ensuring the plant’s systems and equipment are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards by overseeing the Facilities Maintenance group, implementing projects, and ensuring adherence to regulations.

You Will:

  • Assign the daily tasks of the Facilities Maintenance group to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Provide training and technical guidance, and assist with line problems as needed
  • Develop and implement the Preventive Maintenance programs for assigned processes
  • Oversee the timely completion of independent and corporate projects, regularly collaborating with other departments
  • Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and facility upgrades
  • Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Ensure the plant maintains ISO standards and initiates action for food safety issues

 You Have:

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or comparable work experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of developing and implementing process improvements and trouble shooting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, working drawings, and procedure manuals.
  • Proven success in decision-making and problems solving.

You'll Earn:

  • $75,000-$100,000 annually, based on skills, experience, education, and qualifications!
