Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Emphasis in Structural. (Masters Degree is a plus)
- Ability to manage projects as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work as a team in constant communication.
Compensations and Benefits
- Hourly compensation at 40 hours per week. 1.5 times overtime pay for hours over 40 per week.
- Year end bonuses based on performance.
