We are looking for a Risk and Opportunity Analyst to join our Pulp, Energy and Circularity (PEC) Business Area. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to make a real impact by helping us understand and manage risks—and uncover untapped potential.
As a Risk and Opportunity Analyst, you will:
Support the development and implementation of risk and opportunity practices in capital and sales projects
Facilitate risk reviews and cost uncertainty analyses to support project teams
Analyze realized risks and missed opportunities to identify root causes and improvement areas
Collaborate across departments to promote continuous improvement and share learnings
Provide expertise, training, facilitation, and tools to strengthen risk and opportunity management practices
Bring forward your insights and challenge assumptions

We are looking for a self-driven professional with a strong “can do” attitude and a passion for understanding the “why” behind outcomes. To succeed in this role, you should have:
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience with risk management processes and tools
A proactive mindset and the courage to speak up and share your views
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
Good understanding of PEC business processes
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong collaboration and networking skills in a matrix organization
A systematic and results-oriented way of working
Fluent communication skills in English, written and spoken
