As a Project Manager in US Panels, this role leads customer panel integration and assembly projects, coordinating customer deliverables, materials, production activities, and collaboration across customers, engineering services, sales, and project and mechanical engineering teams, to name a few.
As a Project Engineer/ Project Manager a typical day might include the following:
- Work under general guidance from a manager to establish project plans, and execute and coordinate multiple complexes, cross‑functional projects.
- Create, maintain, monitor, and analyze accurate metrics and project tracking records—including time reporting, schedules, financials, budgets, and summary spreadsheets.
- Provide trend insights to management and own an accurate assessment of project deliverables to help teams meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improvements to project processes and lead efforts to design, test, and implement enhancements.
- Serve as a primary customer‑facing representative, communicating directly with end users through email, meetings, updates, and critical conversations regarding expectations, challenges, timelines, and risks.

$115,300-$130,000
