Job Description
The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the implementation of engineering projects from start to finish, including technical design, budgeting, and timelines. The Project Engineer will lead a team of engineers and other professionals to ensure timely completion and high-quality execution of projects.
Responsibilities
Drive VA/VE initiatives to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve manufacturability of motors used in automation and robotics.
Implement design changes and process improvements that elevate quality and reliability for high-precision applications.
Work with manufacturing, quality, and procurement to troubleshoot issues and deliver innovative solutions.
Serve as the engineering liaison to customers, supporting modifications and ensuring seamless integration into customer applications.
Work on real-world automation challenges that impact robotics, smart manufacturing, and industrial automation.
Be part of a team that values innovation, precision, and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
2+ years in engineering or related field.
Familiarity with CAD design, ERP systems, and motion control principles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Customer-focused mindset.
Travel
Approximately 10% domestic and international travel.
