You will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects or work packages from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery, reporting to stakeholders on regular basis.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering   
  • At least 2 years in project engineering/management area with proven results
  • Project management certification is an advantage but not a must
  • Written and spoken English at least B2

  • Microsoft Project Experience 
  • Experience in aerospace/automotive industry 
  • Program/Project management skills 
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
