In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage projects or work packages from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery, reporting to stakeholders on regular basis.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years in project engineering/management area with proven results
- Project management certification is an advantage but not a must
- Written and spoken English at least B2
