- Responsible for Information Management and Document Control.
- Organize files, downloads, uploads, and meeting minutes.
- Responsible for Tracking and Closure of RFIs and Submittals.
- Responsible for coordination and submittal of Record Drawings.
- Acquire knowledge of PV system layouts and components such as modules, racking, inverters, and Balance of Systems (BOS).
- Acquire knowledge of project management principles in an engineering consulting environment.
- Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes.
- Work under the direction of more senior Project Management staff.
- Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or similar.
- Prior experience in a renewable energy construction or engineering environment is preferred.
- Prior experience as a project engineer is desirable.
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be both creative and analytical.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Efficient time management – handle multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines.
