About the mission we offer you:
Location: Ruwais, UAE
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Nationality: UAE Nationals only
Employment Type: Full-time – Site-based
- Support coordination of daily site activities between engineering, planning, and construction teams.
- Monitor progress and assist with preparation of daily/weekly reports.
- Follow up on material availability, drawings, and work permits.
- Support technical documentation such as method statements and TQs.
- Track site-related issues and escalate delays or deviations to supervisors.
- Maintain project logs, trackers, and site documentation.
- Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines across all activities.
- UAE National (Emiratisation role).
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering.
- 6 months to 1 year of site or engineering coordination experience.
- Basic understanding of construction workflows and engineering deliverables.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of P6/AutoCAD is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn in a dynamic project environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Strong commitment to safety and work ethics.
