We are looking for a Project Documentation Coordinator (Techwriter) to strengthen our ambitious technical support team in Vilnius, Saltoniškių 9B-1.  You will work with cutting-edge telematics products and play a key role in preparing clear, structured, and high-quality technical documentation. This position offers an opportunity to grow your expertise in IoT technologies and contribute to the development of AI-driven knowledge systems.


Teltonika’s telematics technical support unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry


Teltonika offers a unique opportunity for detail-oriented and curious individuals to turn technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation that powers global IoT solutions and supports the development of AI-driven systems.


In this role, you will:

  • Prepare high-quality documentation to enable nontechnical and technical users to understand, implement, and operate Teltonika Telematics devices and solutions.
  • Plan, develop, organize, write, translate, improve and standardize new or existing documentation.
  • Constant supervise and research to determine where documentation is appropriate and needed.
  • Write, format, and edit clear text that drives clarity, conciseness, style, and action, for Artificial Intelligence.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Receive and assess feedback to incorporate changes into reference documentation.

What we expect of you:

  • Technical education in Electronics Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Technical Communications, or in related field.
  • At least 1 year experience working with technical documentation and knowledgebases.
  • Excellent English languages skills (both spoken and written), including thoughtful information hierarchy, and great sentence structure.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative and analytical mindset to work with large amounts of data.
  • Capability to prepare and form technical documentation to explain complex technologies in useful ways for the target audience.
  • Basics of telecommunication systems and IoT technologies: 2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, ability to explain GNSS technology fundamentals.
  • Good communication, fast learning skills and a collaborative mindset.

Ideally, you also have:

  • Technical Writing certifications (e.g. Google Technical Writing, Coursera, STC). Practice with ticket-based platforms (Jira, OpenProject, Service Desk).
  • Understand and speak other foreign languages.
  • Other appropriate experience – You name it.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 14 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~2240 Eur–2980 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
