Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director with 20-25 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex airport design projects and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and integrated solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex airport design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder communication, expectations, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and planners, to deliver fully integrated planning and design solutions.
  • Oversee data analysis and preparation of key planning outputs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Review technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness, manage project risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure smooth project completion.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field).

Additional Information

  • Minimum of 20 years in project management, with at least 10 years in the aviation sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • In-depth knowledge of airport design regulations and standards.
