As a Project Director within this Risk and Compliance scope, you will be responsible for leading, participating in, and conducting advanced analytic tasks for projects that have multifunctional or broad organizational impact. Your work supports both Bank and System initiatives. The Risk and Compliance Project Director collaborate closely with the leadership team and is instrumental in advancing leadership initiatives, ensuring that bank-wide projects assigned to Risk and Compliance are completed efficiently and within set timelines.
This position requires a regular on-site presence. This position does not sponsor any type of employment visas.

Responsibilities:
Independently oversee large-scale, complex Bank and Federal Reserve System (FRS) projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Lead Bank and System work groups and takes on a leadership role in special projects and programs that have significant business impact.
Manage communications, facilitate meetings and conference calls, and coordinate work activities across teams.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of operational and internal policies, providing advanced application and operational expertise.
Synthesize pertinent information gathered from business lines and present recommendations to management. May lead the implementation of solutions.
Plan and prioritize objectives, initiatives, and resources to ensure deadlines and expectations are met. Prepare reports, proposals, strategic plans, and other documentation for senior management review in support of proposed solutions and recommendations.
Analyze and evaluate business needs, assesses risks and expected benefits, and recommend technical, procedural, and policy solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six (6) years of operations, financial analysis, and project management experience.
Strong foundation and depth of knowledge in risk and compliance, with preference for experience in the Federal Reserve System and familiarity with various business lines and operations.
Current, strong project management experience is required.
Experience in communicating and presenting recommendations to senior management and collaborating with multiple levels of staff.
Experience in addressing risks and contingencies as part of planning and decision-making processes.
Experience in navigating ambiguity and managing relationships across multiple levels and departments.
Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred: Project management certification.
Additional Information:
Full Salary for Project Director Job Profile: $110,200 - $137,775- $165,300. The expected starting salary range is $110,200- $137,775.
Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
