Company Description

Welcome to Kanadevia Inova, a global innovation leader in the waste infrastructure space, where we believe in creating a sustainable future through technology and innovation.

Transforming Waste into Value

At Kanadevia Inova, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of waste-to-X technology. We are not just waste managers; we are creators of value from what communities discard. Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.

Job Description

Lead the turnaround. Shape the future.

As Project Director OneERP, you'll take charge of Kanadevia Inova's strategic IFS Cloud platform. You'll start by stabilising the programme, strengthening governance and building a reliable delivery model. Then you'll turn lessons learned into a scalable, Group-wide rollout. As the central link between Business, IT, partners and vendors, you'll make sure OneERP delivers real, measurable business value.

Key responsibilities:

  • Turn the programme around: Lead the OneERP recovery and stabilisation, fix structural root causes, and set clear priorities, milestones and exit criteria before any further rollout.
  • Own delivery and governance: Take full ownership of scope, roadmap, budget, risks and executive reporting. Make sure governance is effective, decision rights are clear and corrective action is taken quickly when needed.
  • Drive process excellence: Strengthen business process ownership and key user structures. Harmonise processes around the OneERP template and IFS Cloud, and challenge unnecessary local customisations.
  • Lead teams and partners: Guide internal teams and implementation partners against clear deliverables, Statements of Work and commercial commitments. Push for lasting solutions rather than quick workarounds.
  • Ensure readiness and scale for the future: Enforce quality gates from configuration and data to testing, training, cutover and handover. Turn lessons learned into rollout playbooks, and lead future Group-wide rollouts.

Qualifications

  • Proven ERP leadership: You have 10+ years in ERP programmes, enterprise applications or large-scale IT transformation. You've led complex international implementations, recoveries or stabilisation initiatives. IFS Cloud experience is a plus, and comparable large-scale ERP experience is also welcome.
  • Industry know-how: You've led cross-functional programmes with Business, IT, partners and senior management. Experience in industrial, engineering, project-based or asset-intensive environments is a strong advantage.
  • Strong programme expertise: You know governance, risk, budget, testing, release, cutover, vendor and change management inside out. You also have a good understanding of architecture, master data and support models. You're familiar with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Execution and Engineering processes.
  • Business and financial acumen: You can turn technical and operational issues into clear business risks, priorities and executive decisions. You balance ambitious transformation with operational stability.
  • Hands-on, convincing leadership: You take ownership, focus on results and stay resilient when things get tough. You have strong executive presence and challenge constructively, building commitment across Business and IT. You communicate complex ERP topics clearly in an international setting.
  • Language skills: You're fluent in English, and German is a strong advantage.
