Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Solutions Specialist to join our Project Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving successful end-to-end project outcomes across a high-volume portfolio by delivering quality Statements of Work and tailored solutions. You will work alongside a collaborative group of project professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage a portfolio of 50 to 60 concurrent projects, delivering key outputs such as detailed project plans, Statements of Work, status reports, and post-project evaluations on time and within scope.
Collaborate with clients, internal cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to identify project requirements, resolve challenges, and deliver tailored business solutions.
Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards, workflow best practices, and continuous process improvements.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
2 to 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce, Google Workspace platforms, and Smartsheet.
Proven ability in multi-project prioritization, stakeholder communication, organizational leadership, and managing dynamic workloads.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
Strong Customer facincing experience
