- Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive team player with a positive, solution‐driven mindset.
- Passion for renewable energy and interest in project development lifecycle from early stage to financial close.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project development, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities
- Experience in housing/township development, or other greenfield projects is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in managing land acquisition, permitting, and stakeholder engagement processes
- Strong understanding of the regulatory and permitting landscape for infrastructure or energy projects in Malaysia (or applicable country)
