Contexte
Face à la croissance continue du nombre de projets et à l’évolution des outils de suivi, nous recherchons un·e Project & Data Coordinator pour renforcer notre pilotage de projets via la donnée. Ce poste clé combine analyse, coordination et amélioration continue : vous serez en charge des dashboards Power BI liés aux projets R&D, tout en participant activement à l’optimisation de nos outils de planification.
Vos missions
En lien direct avec le Head of Project & Intellectual Property Management, et en interaction avec les équipes projet, finance, ventes et production, vous serez responsable de :
Pilotage de la donnée & reporting
- Maintenir et faire évoluer les dashboards Power BI.
- Connecter les sources de données internes (ERP, Excel, bases SQL, etc.).
- Structurer, transformer et fiabiliser les données pour permettre un pilotage projet efficace.
Optimisation des outils
- Analyser les outils de planification existants (Excel, Jira, Monday).
- Recommander et mettre en place la solution la plus pertinente pour le suivi des projets à moyen terme.
Coordination & interactions
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les data referents de chaque service.
- Collecter les informations nécessaires auprès des équipes.
- Assurer la mise à jour des KPIs et OKRs liés à la charge projet, aux risques et à l’avancement.
Profil recherché
Expérience & formation
- · Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur, data, business intelligence ou équivalent).
- · Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum sur un poste mêlant data, gestion de projet, ou PMO.
Compétences techniques
- Maîtrise avancée de Power BI et du langage DAX.
- Bonne connaissance des bases de données (SQL).
- Familiarité avec les environnements ERP (idéalement Microsoft Dynamics).
- Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet (Jira, Monday, Excel).
Qualités personnelles
- Excellent relationnel, sens de l’écoute et esprit collaboratif.
- Esprit analytique, structuré, orienté solutions.
