Position Title: Project Planning Coordinator & Procore Support Executive
Location: Corporate Office
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning Support
Assist in preparation and updating of project schedules under guidance of Planning Engineers/Managers.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
Coordinate with site engineers for collection of progress information.
Support delay tracking and project monitoring activities.
Prepare charts, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Maintain progress data and productivity records.
Procore Administration & Support
Support implementation and day-to-day usage of Procore software across projects.
Upload and maintain drawings, documents, RFIs, submittals, and reports in Procore.
Assist project teams in document control and workflow management.
Coordinate user access, permissions, and project setup in Procore.
Ensure project data is updated accurately in the system.
Provide basic user support and training assistance to site teams.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project records, logs, and trackers.
Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings) and action trackers.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for information updates.
Ensure proper filing and version control of project documents.
Support preparation of presentations and management reports.
Desired Skills
Basic understanding of construction project lifecycle.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with MSP & Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of Procore or other construction management software preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Educational Qualification
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Certification/training in Primavera, MS Project, or Procore will be an added advantage.
Experience
Fresher / 0–1 year experience.
