Job Description

As Project Coordinator you will support Lifecycle Services and Solution project's business across EMEA region. You will interfere at purchase order arrival and support Project Manager on the project deliveries, ensure liaison with all company partners, maintain accurate information, and highlight areas of concern until final acceptance. You will report to LCS Operations Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

Administrative role:

  • Process customer orders according to company policy and process (IFS system)
  • Purchasing of material upon margin consistency and tracking deliveries
  • Prepare shipping documentation (export invoice, providing commercial data in dispatch note, creating packing list, others)
  • Resolve customer discrepancies
  • Oversee project documentation
  • Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure correct project delivery (PM, Customer Care, Finance, GEBS, Credit Department, Purchasing Department, Account Payable.)
  • Verify and update project reports data – balance project costs, data correction, data validation.

Other responsibilities:

  • Be the single contact (SPOC) for the project manager
  • Respect the compliance rules, procedures, and guidelines and legal provisions.
  • Improve the timeliness of implementation and the level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support global and local goals and projects of the company, work on development and improvement of procedures and tools directly related to entrusted tasks.
  • Support developing project administrators at the GEC center in India.
  • Be the project manager for small projects
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Fluency in English
  • 2+ years of experience with ERP system (IFS /SAP)
  • Pro- active attitude
  • Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in project coordination or logistic support role
  • Must be a self-starter, independent thinker, and able to self-manage time and constraints.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Export compliance knowledge
  • Experience in working in a multicultural organization
  • Working proficiency in Spanish or/ and Italian
