Responsibilities
Deployment of the Valeo MOM system:
Go with the other members of the industrial deployment team to the Valeo plants, where the MOM system need to be deployed and launch the project with the target to go live with the software during the project lead time at 2 to 4 production lines in the manufacturing environment and hand over the project to the local team afterwards;
Perform assessment of the current situation at the plants:
Together with the site responsible perform the assessment to document the current situation;
Create a gap analysis and the related action plan to meet the project prerequisites;
Review the pilot area selection and advice concerning the possible solutions:
Introduce the current MOM system set up possibilities and functions to the local team;
Advice concerning the possible solutions and further deployment strategy;
Ensure correct preparation of MasterData by the local team (number and names of stations, workcenter, references and their parameters, lists of descriptions for declaration results and events on machines);
Follow up the gap analysis, action plan and project organisation:
Regularly review of open actions between the stakeholders;
Arbitrate the project effort, schedule the project timeline and coordinate the project organisation;
Final confirmation of the method and results of project implementation validation (consistency and accuracy of reported data);
Training of the local team:
Together with your team members train the local team to the system and report functions as a permanent on job training and during dedicated end user trainings;
Hand over the project activities at the end to the local team and support action plan generation and follow up;
Support VPS workshop:
Support the VPS workshop for the pilot area driven by the local VPS, manufacturing and engineering team;
