We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. As a Project Coordinator, you will act as the liaison between project managers, team members, and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Support project managers in resource allocation and task prioritization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
