Summary of Role

As a Project Coordinator at Command Alkon you will act as an advocate for the customer while working with outside contractors and the professional services team. You will ensure success on projects and work orders by utilizing in house systems and communicating with all relevant parties on timelines, reporting and invoicing.


How You’ll Succeed

-Coordination with customers and professional services team to complete work orders

-Utilize Project Management software to confirm work orders are meeting timelines for reporting and invoicing

-Work with third party contractors when needed as needed making sure invoicing is timely and accurate

-Assist in coordination of activities needed by professional services, when necessary

Skills Required

  • Experience working with customers and/or outside vendors
