About the Role:
- Knowledge and experience creating brochures, marketing material, common business collateral, basic copywriting, branding and editing & working with images.
- Should know about working/designing in the real estate field(preferable).
- Solid experience with designing tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Lightroom Classic.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest design trends.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
- In-depth understanding of brochure design
- Responsible for understanding requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including logos, layouts, and photos.
- Ability to create creative designs for Social Media, websites, etc.
- Must have Knowledge and skills in designing & developing Print Media Graphics such as: Brochure- s, Corporate Stationery, Posters, Hoardings, etc.
- Must have good knowledge of Typography, Alignment & Colour Theory.
- Keen eye on Design & Details.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in arts or design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
