The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and closeout of installation and remediation projects, with a primary focus on LAN remediation and CCTV initiatives, while also assisting with Access Control projects as needed. This role works closely with Project Managers and internal teams to coordinate schedules, track deliverables, maintain project documentation, support field readiness, and ensure successful project execution. The Project Coordinator will also take ownership of smaller project tasks and low-complexity projects under the guidance of the PMO team.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day coordination of LAN remediation, CCTV, and Access Control projects, including schedule tracking, milestone monitoring, and action-item follow-up.
- Assist with project planning, documentation, and status reporting to ensure all project information is current, accurate, and accessible.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and site contacts to support project execution and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Track project readiness items such as equipment delivery, site access, customer dependencies, documentation, and field resource alignment.
- Organize project meetings, document notes and decisions, and drive follow-up on action items and pending deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers, risk and issue logs, schedules, and closeout documentation within the required systems and shared repositories.
- Support billing and closeout readiness by tracking completion documentation, sign-offs, and other administrative requirements.
- Take ownership of smaller projects or low-complexity workstreams, including task coordination, scheduling, documentation, and final closeout support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple active priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to track schedules, milestones, action items, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced project environment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and escalate risks or issues when needed.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Experience with project management or tracking tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Planner, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with low-voltage, security, networking, or field deployment environments.
- Working knowledge of CCTV systems, LAN remediation activities, access control, or related infrastructure projects.
- Experience supporting procurement, logistics, or materials coordination for project delivery.
- Exposure to construction, site readiness, or field service coordination.
