JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develops and manages projects as assigned
- Evaluates projects related to cost reduction and improved efficiency to bring increased value to the organization
- Documents existing business processes and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Participates in the implementation of resulting programs or procedural changes
- Identifies issues as they arise, facilitates resolution of issues, and escalates to relevance as needed
- Develops presentations, summarized to the appropriate level (CEO, COO, RVPs, etc.)
- Completes scheduling and organizes meetings as necessary for collaboration with business leaders
- Monitors projects against implementation schedules
- Clearly communicates project status and any associated challenges or constraints
- Tracks costs of implementation against budget
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, Required
Work Experience
- 2-4 years of operations/project management, Preferred
- healthcare industry, Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in Excel
- Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint
