We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support client delivery, project planning and operational execution across multiple workstreams. This role sits at the intersection of clients, consulting teams, onboarding and delivery operations - ensuring that projects move forward smoothly, stakeholders remain aligned and delivery teams are set up for success.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you will help manage the coordination and communication of client projects, onboarding initiatives and delivery planning activities across the business.
You’ll:
Coordinate client-facing project activities and delivery timelines
Manage communication between clients, delivery teams and internal stakeholders
Track project progress, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones
Assist with release planning, scope tracking and delivery coordination
Support change management and project communication processes
Coordinate fund onboarding and client onboarding activities onto the Sophia platform
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, stand-ups and status updates
Monitor team capacity and assist with resource coordination
Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers and reporting
Ensure project actions, deliverables and follow-ups are tracked and completed
Escalate blockers, delays or risks where required
Support operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
You should have:
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, operations or client delivery roles
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Confidence working with technical teams and operational stakeholders
Experience using project management or workflow tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com or similar
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong written communication and reporting skills
Advantageous:
Exposure to fintech, investment operations, workflow automation or SaaS environments
Experience with client onboarding or implementation projects
Familiarity with agile delivery environments
