About the role:
The Project Coordinator works hand in hand with local management and employees assigned to the particular area of responsibility. The person acts as a liaison between the client and various stakeholders within the organization. The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Retail Senior Manager.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Compile data and information and prepare communications and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, including visually engaging keynote presentations (advanced transitions, animations, and digital imagery)
- Conduct quality control and assurance of all outgoing communications
- Manage working relationships with interdepartmental groups and staff, with strong written and verbal skills to external and internal audiences and customers through actionable plans
- Develop executive briefs (concise one-page summaries) and supporting materials for key initiatives and events
- Create custom visuals, icons, and digital assets to enhance communications and presentations
- Transform complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and insights
- Support Executive Comms & Keynotes
- Perform other related duties as required
As a candidate, you must have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of experience in a fast-paced work environment, being directly accountable for and managing a team for creative deliverables
- Extensive knowledge of iOS hardware and software, including presentation and spreadsheet programs
- Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client-requested certifications; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted
- Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm, with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service

- $75,000 - $90,000 per year
