The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of data-related and
integration projects, including data conversion, data extraction, and lab interface
implementations. This role works closely with internal technical teams and external
stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, data migration, and system integration for
clients.

Key Responsibilities (High-Level)
 Coordinate end-to-end delivery of data conversion, data extraction, and lab
interface projects
 Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and third-
party partners
 Gather, validate, and document project requirements across data migration and
integration initiatives
 Support onboarding activities, including data intake, system setup, and project
kickoff
 Facilitate preparation and management of service orders, agreements, and
required documentation
 Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
 Coordinate with Engineering, Support, and Finance teams to align on feasibility,
scope, and delivery
 Oversee communication with clients, including status updates, expectations, and
issue resolution
 Ensure proper handling of data workflows, including migration, extraction, and
interface setup processes

 Monitor project risks and escalate issues as needed
 Maintain accurate records in project tracking systems (e.g., Jira)

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Informatics, IT, or a related field
 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in healthcare or health
IT
 Experience with data migration, data extraction, or system integrations is
preferred
 Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare workflows is an asset
 Basic understanding of integration standards (e.g., HL7, APIs, file-based
exchange) is a plus
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
 Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
 Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, CRM systems)
