We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to become part of our collaborative team. In the role of Project Coordinator at Sago, you will have an essential supportive function working alongside Project Managers, managing administrative responsibilities, maintaining quality control, and contributing to the successful implementation of qualitative research studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal teams throughout the entire lifecycle of qualitative research projects.
  • Create and update Excel reports daily to track recruitment progress and keep clients informed.
  • Help with administrative tasks like sending and collecting consent forms and managing logistics on the Sago platform.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to understand project needs and suggest practical solutions to any challenges.
  • Join kickoff calls to make sure everyone on the team is clear on the project goals, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Set up and manage digital platforms to ensure a smooth experience for participants and efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with your team and leadership to troubleshoot issues and support each other’s success.
  • Bring a positive attitude and team-first mindset to everything you do.
  • Take on other tasks as needed to help make each project a success.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to understand, speak & write clearly in English.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a market research environment or combined project coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel required).
  • Experience working within Digital systems / platforms a plus.

Skills Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in market research or project coordination
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience working within Digital systems / platforms
