The Project Coordinator / Junior Developer role combines project coordination responsibilities with hands-on junior-level software development support. The position supports project delivery through planning, tracking, communication, and documentation while also contributing to development tasks such as feature enhancements, bug fixes, and technical support under the guidance of senior developers and project managers.
This role is ideal for professionals with foundational technical skills who are building experience in both project execution and software development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Requires moderate experience within project coordination or software development functions
- Works with partially defined processes; some activities may not have established procedures
- Completes routine project and development tasks independently
- Receives supervision and guidance for complex development or architectural tasks
- Applies technical and functional knowledge to work that varies day to day
- Demonstrates working knowledge of development practices and project coordination
- Handles standard and non-standard requests with minimal assistance
- Solves routine technical and project issues independently
- Collaborates with supervisor, project manager, and senior developers on complex problems
- Effectively prioritizes development tasks and coordination activities to meet deadlines
- Works collaboratively within cross-functional Agile or hybrid teams
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in software development
