We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will drive project success by managing daily coordination, scheduling, and detailed reporting and analysis. Core Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for project updates, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Reporting & Analysis:
Compile weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports and carry out various forms of analysis.
- Data Management:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, risk logs, and meeting minutes. - Process Improvement: Use your analytical skills to suggest ways we can streamline our workflows and improve project efficiency.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a project management.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with numbers and data to create meaningful reports (proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and management.
Tools: Experience with project management software (like ClickUp) is highly preferred.
