Main Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator at DigiSay Group's Project Management Office, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of various initiatives. This role demands a solid foundation in project management methodologies, marketing activities, and business development strategies, coupled with strong adaptability to dynamic project requirements.

  1. Project Management 
    1. Implement and oversee project management best practices to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
    2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
    3. Collaborate across teams to ensure project goals align with organizational objectives.
  2. Marketing and Strategic Insights 
    1. Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic decisions and project direction.
    2. Design marketing materials and presentations, ensuring they effectively communicate key messages and resonate with diverse audiences.
    3. Develop and refine strategic approaches that integrate data-driven insights and creative concepts.
    4. Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-quality visual and written materials, such as brochures, pitch decks, and promotional content.
  3. Business Development 
    1. Identify and map opportunities that align with the group's strategic vision and objectives.
    2. Play an active role in shaping initiatives to support business growth and market expansion.
    3. Contribute to crafting proposals, presentations, and other documentation for potential clients and stakeholders.
  4. Client and Stakeholder Management 
    1. Coordinate with international clients across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
    2. Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams to address project needs and expectations.
    3. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project updates.
  5. Flexibility and Adaptability 
    1. Adapt quickly to shifting project requirements and priorities based on client or organizational needs.
    2. Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    3. Flexibility to work on different shifts, extra hours, and on official holidays and collaborate with clients and teams in varying time zones.
  6. Continuous Learning and Innovation 
    1. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve project outcomes.
    2. Introduce innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
    3. Share knowledge and recommendations to drive creativity within the team.
  7. CEO-Directed Tasks 
    1. Handle and prioritize ad hoc tasks assigned directly by the CEO.
    2. Ensure high-quality execution and follow-through of these tasks in alignment with the CEO’s vision.
    3. Act as a key support function for high-priority and time-sensitive projects.
  8. Support for Series and Movie Productions 
    1. Provide logistical and operational support for series and movie production projects.
    2. Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
    3. Assist in managing production schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-4  years work experience of direct work in project management capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Clickup, Basecamp or Trello).
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel).
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
