In this role, you will be responsible for managing the critical logistical and administrative functions that ensure projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
This role is the backbone of project execution, providing the necessary support and oversight to translate strategic goals into successful operational outcomes across the business.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Manage Project Logistics and Documentation: Schedule and coordinate all essential project activities, including cross-functional meetings, leadership travel, and executive visits, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation, reports, and updates. 
- Collaborate on Tracking and Oversight: Track project progress, budgets, and resources, providing timely and accurate updates to stakeholders, and assist Project Managers with daily project communication and activities. 
- Support Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, log, and help manage project risks and issues, implementing necessary follow-up actions and escalating concerns to leadership when required. 
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Two or more years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a closely related administrative role. 
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft (MS) Project, Jira, Asana) and excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 
- Proven ability in budget tracking, resource management, and logistical planning, combined with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset. 
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; relevant project management certification (e.g., Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)) is a plus.
