About Job

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones. 

  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive interview experience. 

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records and interview feedback. 

  • Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media channels. 

  • Assist with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms as needed. 

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication and coordination. 

  • Help prepare offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation. 

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline health. 

  • Support recruitment-related projects and events, such as career fairs and employer branding efforts. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a coordination/administrative role. 

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday). 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools. 

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
