Your role:
• Lead and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned spare parts projects/orders across different markets (Nuclear, Power, Water, Desalination, Oil & Gas).
• Responsible for contract review, execution, necessary negotiations, risk assessment, collection monitoring, conflict and incident management, satisfaction surveys, and warranty management for each project.
• Review of quality requirements and follow-up of factory inspections with clients.
• Gain the trust of our clients and establish long-lasting relationships with them to achieve maximum satisfaction. Maintaining good, proactive communication will be very important.
• Coordination with our logistics department for the collection of products from our clients.
• Meet annual goals for invoicing, on-time deliveries, and backlogs.
Your profile:
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in mechanics
• Fluent Spanish AND English. Other languages are a plus.
• Advanced level of Excel. Must be able to improve work efficiency using computer tools.
• Communication and social skills. Ability to influence and make things happen.
• Ability to solve problems and learn quickly. Passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure and be goal-oriented.
• The successful candidate must be autonomous, tenacious, and creative. You will need to adapt quickly to a highly dynamic work environment where prioritization and multitasking are key.
• Enthusiastic and a team player.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in the nuclear market (Dedication Plans, ASME, 10CFR50, NUPIC, Materials Regulations, etc.) will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment and its applications will be a plus.
• Project Management certifications, IPMA, PMI, or similar will be a plus.
• Financial knowledge (cash flow, inventory, cost control, invoicing, etc.) will be highly valued.
