Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time proactive Project Coordinator/Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating meetings, creating, and delivering training materials, and ensuring smooth communication among project stakeholders. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and manage project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Training Material Creation: Develop and organize comprehensive training materials to support project goals and objectives. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of meetings, decisions, and project status updates. Provide regular reports to management and project team members.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries. Facilitate clear and timely communication among team members, external partners, and leadership.
  • Project Support: Assist with various project-related tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Project Manager experience.
  • Experience creating and delivering training materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management and documentation tools is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
