THE HIGH LEVEL
The Project Coordinator (operations support) works to support Project Managers throughout the service delivery lifecycle. This support includes the setup, scheduling, management and close-out of projects. The Project Coordinator provides a wide range of general services that support the functional requirements of a project or customer activity. These areas may include data reporting, data quality analysis, quality assurance, system or business operations, administration or management support, technical writing or documentation support, training, or general technical expertise in support of customers’ activities.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Supporting the functional requirements of a project or customer activity. These areas may include project initiation, resource scheduling, status reporting, data quality analysis, quality assurance, system or business operations, administration or management support.
- Provide planning and evaluation support.
- Provide meeting facilitation, presentation development and action item tracking.
- Perform systematic reviews of strategic initiatives, staffing plans, clinical workflows and provide recommendations as required.
- Contribute to team effort through effective collaboration and timely completion of duties and tasks.
- Other tasks as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelors degree + 0-2 of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in project coordinating duties
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines.
- You pay attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- We’d like it if you have experience working on large scale action items, creating action and implementation plans.
- Preferred experience with Monday.com
- Must be US Citizen; able to obtain VA Public Trust clearance
