About the role

Lead cross functional improvement projects focusing on the services provided by our Global Business Services. The role will support Project Managers by overseeing tasks, communicating with stakeholders and serving as a liaison between them and the team members involved.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Work with the Project Managers, stakeholders and the development team to agree scope, implementation timescales and budget for new initiatives.

• Assist the Project Managers in the development of project management documentation such as schedules, scope statements, project plans and in the gathering of project requirements. 

• Support the Project Managers by tracking the projects progress and the performance of the team.

• Implement action plans as well as change orders for issue resolution with the customers and vendors to ensure successful completion of the projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in transition/transformation projects.

• Advanced English is required.

• Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office is required.

• Availability to work hybrid - is required to be located in Bogota.

Nice to have:

• Any Project Management Certification is a plus.

• SAP experience is a plus.

• Data Analysis or Interpretations experience/knowledge is a plus.
