We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional administrative and operational project support. The Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining various project and program documents, reports, plans, and schedules. Their skills and expertise will contribute to the successful execution and administration of client and program deliverables.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Develop project and program WBS, schedules and plans
• Track project progress, provide reports, and updates on status
• Oversee the collection and organization of information for reports, case studies, and other documentation related to the project or program
• Provide administrative support to program PM and DPM
• Track program resources, scheduling, and allocations
• Participate and support process improvement initiatives

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, supporting a government agency
• Prior experience with supporting complex projects
• Ability to pivot and manage multiple competing priorities
• Ability to assess situations and take action to address them
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft project
• Effective analytical skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance controls and assessments

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years of Project Coordinator or similar experience supporting a government agency

• Microsoft Visio
• Microsoft Project

• Demonstrated experience with process documentation.
• Experience or knowledge of CMMI and ISO Quality Programs

• Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance.

• Ability to be on-site, Chantilly, VA
• Must be able to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Capability to work on a computer for the majority of the workday.
