Project Coordinator

Since 1983, HTI Cybernetics® has provided intelligent manufacturing solutions that support and enhance production, including automation systems, material handling solutions, assembly tooling, and collaborative robotics. 

  

Primary Responsibilities Project Coordinator:

Work directly with the Project Management team to assist in managing projects. As a project coordinator you would be involved in the project from concept design through commissioning and final buyoff at customer site.

Below are tasks you would be involved in as a project coordinator:

  • Initial project set up: Budget set up, timelines and open issues
  • Meeting preparation: Schedule meetings and update open issues
  • Attend weekly mechanical design review meetings
  • Release engineering designs
  • Maintain project timelines
  • Participate in financial reviews
  • Participate in internal and external buyoffs

Requirements

 Education/Skills/Experience Required Project Coordinator:

  • Working experience in one of the following:
    • Hands on mechanical machine assembly
    • Mechanical  Design
    • Engineering
    • Education in a field related to manufacturing or mechanical design
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Able to communicate clearly both written and verbal 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively support and work well with people from different disciplines

Skills Required
