Your Responsibilities 🚀
- Support Project Managers in the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects from site
development through to construction and commissioning - Coordinate day-to-day project activities across contractors, local authorities, utility providers and
internal Qwello teams - Maintain accurate project information, trackers and systems, ensuring key dates, actions, approvals
and milestones are kept up to date - Assist with the preparation and coordination of project documentation, including permits, approvals,
technical information and construction packs - Monitor project actions and programme dates, proactively following up with stakeholders to help
keep projects on track - Support the coordination of surveys, construction activities, grid connections, signage, bay markings
and commissioning - Assist with project reporting, meeting minutes, KPI information and programme updates
- Help maintain consistent project management processes and identify opportunities to improve how
the team works - Support Project Managers and the Programme Manager with wider programme activities as
required

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of tasks through to completion
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal teams, contractors and external
stakeholders - A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to
electric - Previous experience in project coordination, project delivery or a similar role is desirable
- Experience within construction, utilities, highways, electrical infrastructure or EV charging would be
an advantage - Experience working with local authorities, public-sector organisations or utility providers is a plus
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and learning project management
systems - A relevant degree, project management qualification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent), or working
towards one is desirable but not essential - A genuine interest in developing a career in project management and the EV infrastructure sector
- Willingness to travel throughout UK
- Fluency in written and spoken English, additional language knowledge is a plus
