Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Digital Bus/Mobile Training Centre.
- Prepare and coordinate the monthly and weekly operational plan for different project locations.
- Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, drivers, and other project staff to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Ensure timely mobilization, enrollment, training, assessment, and completion of beneficiaries.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project targets and take corrective action to improve performance.
- Coordinate with schools, local authorities, community representatives, and other stakeholders for conducting training and awareness activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, assessments, certificates, and beneficiary impact.
- Ensure timely updating of project data and MIS on the designated system.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports with the management team.
- Monitor the condition and availability of project assets, including laptops, tablets, internet devices, training materials, and other equipment.
- Coordinate for vehicle maintenance, repairs, internet connectivity, fuel, and other operational requirements.
- Ensure proper distribution and documentation of training materials and beneficiary resources.
- Conduct regular reviews with the project team to track progress and address operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, SOPs, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Support project visits, audits, donor visits, and monitoring activities.
