This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator looking to join one of the UK's leading ICP's..
This is an exciting and versatile position supporting the Project Management team in the delivery of construction projects for electrical infrastructure throughout the UK. The Project Coordinator will support with the day-to-day running of those projects, specifically project administration, upfront project preparation and planning, liaising with suppliers & subcontractors, resource allocation and scheduling.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Updating internal project monitoring systems
Filing of and document control for project related documentation
Attend weekly/monthly planning and project meetings along preparation of minutes and chasing of outstanding actions
Support Project manager with Construction Phase Plans
Collate Utility Statistics for Job Packs
Support Project Manager’s with material ordering and Sub-Contractor quote requests
Collate and send out Job Packs, CDM & RAMS
Collate and Distribute Resource Planning Schedule
Raising of purchase orders and payment requests
Support Streetworks Coordinator when required
Ownership and collation of Weekly Works Report, Chase Site Managers & Teams for information and distribute each week
Ensure all Project related files are documented in the relevant folders
NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent would be an advantage
Excellent IT skills – Excel, Word, Microsoft Projects
Experience with Monday.com advantageous but not essential
A-C level grade GCSE and Math and English
Experience of working within wider construction industry is required
Understanding of the DNO/ICP delivery process is desirable
Experience within the EV/utilities/electrical industries with good knowledge of project lifecycles within this industry

Skills Required
- NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent
