The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential construction and remodeling projects from initiation through completion. This role coordinates project schedules, subcontractors, materials, and customer communication to ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage residential remodeling projects and daily project activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress
- Communicate with customers regarding project updates and timelines
- Address and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Collaborate with internal departments to support project completion
- Previous project management or construction experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Basic knowledge of residential construction practices
