Valiant is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of Project Work Orders. This includes both self-performed and subcontractor performed projects.
- Duties and reviewing all PWO work to include schedule, deliverable, and coordination.
- Assist in the development of work plans through price estimates for PWO projects.
- Assist with communications between staff and the customer.
- Creates and coordinates work schedules with staff, to include outage coordination to minimize disruptions.
- Monitors the compliance with all safety, regulatory, and performance requirements associated with performing construction on the Rock Island Arsenal.
- Assists in the creation of documentation, and relays documents to safety and quality staff for review and signature.
- Responsible for coordinating schedule and scope changes between the estimating department, the performing organization and the customer.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years’ experience in construction coordination and program management.
