Job Description:
The Project Coordinator at Argano play a vital role in project execution, communication, and
resource management. They are responsible for supporting and coordinating various aspects of
project management. This includes understanding statement of work, change requests, project set
up, monitoring Project Management key performance indicators, creating and publishing reports to
the project manager and other members of management. The Project Coordinator will work closely
with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time
and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To set up the projects in consultation with the project manager and practice leads
• Track time sheet, expenses, invoices, and payments
• Overseeing budgets, work on resource allocations and demand forecast
• Coordinate with the operation and finance teams on the project specific communications,
clarifications, and support
• Prepare weekly, monthly progress reports and burn reports
• Managing project artifacts, documentations, and coordinate project activities
• Supporting Project managers and sales team on the SOW and Change Requests
• Analyze and support project manager on the risks and issues management
• Handle administrative tasks for project managers and team members, contributing towards
overall efficiency of the project
• Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agenda, documenting minutes, and
following up on action items.
Skill Requirements
• Basic Understanding of Project Management concepts, familiarity with project management
terminologies, processes, and methodologies.
• Project Planning and Scheduling, allocate resources and tasks to meet project timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interpret project data and metrics and create simple reports and charts for project status
updates.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to changing project requirements and flexibility to adjust to
shifting project priorities
• Attention to project details to avoid errors, ensure accuracy and review project documents
and data for completeness
Skills Required
