We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within our FinTech environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams to coordinate project activities, track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication across stakeholders. - Coordinate project activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with project objectives.
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables and milestones.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and project documentation.
- Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
- Support resource planning and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in change request tracking and project governance activities.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in project management processes and team collaboration.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, software delivery, or a similar role within a technology organization.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Skills Required
