- Manage and maintain the project document control system and document register.
- Ensure proper numbering, filing, tracking, and distribution of all project documents.
- Coordinate the submission, review, approval, and circulation of drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.
- Maintain transmittals, submittal logs, RFI logs, approval registers, and other project trackers.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, and project team for timely document submissions and responses.
- Monitor document status and follow up on overdue reviews and approvals.
- Ensure the latest approved revisions are available to all relevant project stakeholders.
- Support preparation and circulation of meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and action trackers.
- Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Maintain proper project records for audits, handover, and final project closeout.
